What it is

Institutions in Central America and Latin America that are starting to operate with digital assets need teams that know the framework, the instruments and the risks. That capability cannot be hired per transaction. It is built in-house.

We design programs with universities in the region and tailored training for banks, public bodies, professional firms and management teams. They are taught by the people who structure transactions under the LEAD every day.

Team members have advised government bodies and financial institutions in the region, and lecture at universities in El Salvador and Argentina.
