SATS Capital, S.A. de C.V. is registered in the Registry of Digital Asset Service Providers of the National Commission of Digital Assets of El Salvador, under entry PSAD-0068, granted on December 1, 2025. It is a supervised entity.

Scope

Two authorizedactivities.

The registry entry authorizes the activities under subsections (c) and (e). All others require a separate authorization. Providers that hold it carry them out.

Anti-money laundering

Compliance Department

A Compliance Officer and an alternate, independent and autonomous in their functions, both registered with the Financial Investigation Unit.

AML/CFT/CPF Manual

Manual for the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, filed with the CNAD as part of the registration file.

Due diligence

Identification and verification of each client, with corporate, representation and source-of-funds documentation.

Politically exposed persons

We do not accept clients that cannot evidence the lawful origin of their funds, or companies without audited financial statements.

Training

Annual training plan and code of ethics for all personnel.
